Tomaić Commerce Ltd. is the family company with several-years experience in cheese production. Its main activity is milk buyoff, milk processing, production of cheese and other dairy products.
The Diary RUNOLIST provides milk in cooperation with the milk producers from the Velebit region, 70 of them, because vision is to become the most recognizable and most significant producer of autochthonous dairy products in Velebit region.
Products we develop are based on tradition, health safety, high level of quality and excellent taste, all products are 100% natural.
Our assortment includes:
KRASNARSKI CHEESE, hard cow cheese made according to the traditional recipe of milk from the surrounding pasture lands, which matures for minimum six months.
RUNOLIST CHEESE, semi-hard cheese made of cow cheese. It is produced in the same manner as Krasnarski cheese, but matures for about 60 days.
VELEBITSKI CHEESE, hard sheep cheese whose aroma unites the smells of Velebit pasture lands in summer months. It develops its full aroma in the maturation process.
ŠKRIPAVAC, soft cheese of feta type, the traditional product of Lika made of cow milk.
FRESH COW CHEESE, specific for being made of unskimmed milk, with no addition of cream being necessary.
COW MILK SKUTA, albumin cheese produced from mild whey at cheese production. It has high nutritional value and is ever more valued among consumers.
SHEEP MILK SKUTA, albumin cheese made from sheep milk whey. This is a seasonal product produced in limited quantities. It has high nutritional value and is very required at the market.
In order to present our products as good as possible, we built within the dairy the educational hall where one can see all phases of cheese production, as also the cheese tasting room where one can taste cheese sorts together with high quality wine.
