Animal feed and vitamin mineral supplements
FANON ANIMAL FEED FACTORY LLC - PETRIJANEC
The main activity of the enterprise is production of all kinds of animal feed (ready-made mixtures and superconcentrates) under the label PEHRA.
We produce mixtures for:
- Cattle
- poultry
- pigs
- rabbits
- pheasants
- other animals in the breeding.
Besides the PEHRA brand we also produce CIBO brand products that include vitamin-mineral supplements in the concentration of 0.5 - 10%.
The most common products are MIX (protein-vitamin-mineral supplement in the concentration of 10%) and PREMIX (vitamin-mineral supplement in the concentration of 5%), products intended for animal feed production in one own's household.
The company Fanon LLC also produces chicken meat and pig meat through organized production. We are one of the few manufacturers of animal feed in the Republic of Croatia furnished with pelletizing feed production lines. Pelletized animal feed has many advantages: better conversion and better digestibility, thermal processing of the food (no pathogens) and no squandering, saving 10%. The price of pellet mixture is equal to the price of flour mixture is in our country with the aim of encouraging farmers to use pelletized food.
Packaged feed program is packed in bags of 10, 25 and 50 kg, supplies can also be obtained in bulk, and if necessary in jumbo bags. The program is packaged in 10 and 25 kg.
Productivity and profitability of bovine milk production is facing powerful changes.
High milk yield and its steady growth require better management and organization of work and precise assemby of meals at dairy farms.
Guided by the new trend, the company Fanon LLC entered into a license agreement with the German manufacturer of animal feed, Deutsche Tiernahrung Cremer (the most important trade mark: deuka) on production and regional distribution of the product Deukalac UDP (by-pass protein for dairy cows).
Deutsche Tiernahrung Cremer has developed opticon technology that can be described as the technology of the future in development of known extrusion technologies of animal feed production, which is used in production of Deukalac UDP product.
Deukalac UDP is composed of soybean and rapeseed buckshot. With the new product development, such as UDP Deukalac, farms with high-milk-yield cows have access to new and unique source of protected protein that fully meets the numerous requirements such as:
- high proportion of UDP with high digestibility
- high quality provided
- safe food intake
- the foundation of high milk production
- high payoff
- natural processing without additives and without the possibility of dioxin creation
- environmental awareness.
The entire process is conducted exclusively by physical means, without the use of additives, and manufacturing facility for the region is located in Petrijanec.
