The name Waldinger comes from a famous painter Adolf Ignjo Waldinger who passed away the same year the building was created in the 19.th century. The building itself is more than one hundred years old and it was designed by Ante Slaviček; famous secessions architect and sculptor. Secession details and ornaments can be found throughout the building: stained glass on saloon doors and hall windows and beautiful woodwork create an unique and charming atmosphere. The hotel itself represents an extraordinary combination of modern technology and cultural heritage cherished for centuries.
